i didn’t get what i ordered

i order ksubi jeans and got amiri jeans

Dear Tray, 😊

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. 🙏 We noticed that the shipping record for your order #APKJeans8240 was accidentally deleted, so we are unable to verify the details.

To make sure you have a good shopping experience, we would like to offer the following solutions:
1️⃣ We can resend a new pair of Ksubi Jeans to you. Shipping costs would need to be covered by you.
2️⃣ We can provide a refund for your order, excluding the shipping fee.

We hope one of these options can resolve the issue. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience.

Warm regards,
Angela
